Dr. Zappasodi is a board-certified podiatric physician and surgeon at the Orlando Foot and Ankle Clinic, a division of Upperline Health, in Melbourne, Florida. She completed a three-year surgical residency in Reconstructive Foot and Rearfoot/Ankle Surgery at Florida Hospital East Orlando. Prior to her residency program, she completed her medical studies at Des Moines University in Iowa. She grew up in Orlando, FL and is a proud alumna of the University of Central Florida, where she completed her bachelor’s degree.
Dr. Zappasodi is passionate about helping her patients maintain a healthy and active lifestyle so they can experience and participate in the activities that they enjoy the most. Her patient care philosophy is centered around listening, understanding and working together with patients to appreciate their specific needs and develop individualized treatment plans to optimize their outcomes.
In her free time, Dr. Zappasodi enjoys CrossFit, running marathons and cooking. She also loves going to the beach and spending time with her dog, a Husky mix named Penny.
